About the Author: Robert FisherRobert Fisher is a New York City native. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also spent part of his junior year at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where he lived with a Danish family, studied international politics, and traveled extensively throughout Europe at every available opportunity. He is fluent in French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
He graduated from George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC; then returned to New York City to practice law. He worked for several years at various law firms, was in-house counsel to a real estate developer, and then became a real estate developer himself.
While working as an attorney and real estate developer in New York City for over twenty years, he experienced all kinds of energy in the workplace and amongst those trying to make large amounts of money. He noticed a general absence of generosity about money- and that many people were simply engaged in mindless accumulation; they very rarely seemed to enjoy any of it. He began to see that a person's energy was the key to not only enjoying the process of becoming rich, but ultimately determined whether the proceeds obtained could be enjoyed at all, let alone to the maximum.
He began to formulate a process that allowed for financial freedom, but didn't sacrifice his soul in the process. He is pleased to report that his soul is very much intact. From these experiences and observations, the ideas for this book "MONERGY-Discover the ultimate energy of money," took shape. This book was also strongly influenced by his travels to some of the most beautiful and thought provoking parts of this world, including South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. After returning from a three week trip to Southeast Asia, this book was literally born- and seemed to write itself through him. He is very pleased to present the ideas in this book to the world, and looks forward to sharing this book with as many interested people as possible.
He is an ongoing proponent of MONERGY, having appeared on radio and television, as well as written articles about the book. He has already lectured to the New York Real Estate community on "Becoming the Best Real Estate Professional," and hopes to give more lectures on the ideas contained in MONERGY. He is also the author of the screenplay "Open House," a psychological thriller set in New York City. He lives in New York City, but admits to succumbing quite often to the "travel bug."
